Establishing Care at Magers

Eligibility:

• New Employees and their household members, Retirees and Students

Primary Care Physician Process:

1. Call for a 30-minute new patient establish care appointment.
2. Add your medication and health history to the portal. Dependents call xxxx to get a health portal signed up.
3. Follow-up appointments, care and future physicals will be established at this visit.
4. Medication management and prescriptions.

Immediate Care:

• All can be seen at immediate care
• Same day care for unexpected illnesses and injuries to include:
  • respiratory, nausea, vomiting, minor sprains, allergy reactions, minor cuts and scrapes

Medications:

• Transfer your current prescriptions to Magers Pharmacy
• Refills of presciptions completed with Primary Care Provider appointment - Call 417-836-4000

Portal:

• Add your health history and medications - My Health Portal

Other Services:
