Flu Vaccinations

• There is no cost for the flu vaccinations to Missouri State University students, full and part time employees, and employees’ dependents.
  • Appointments can be scheduled at your MyHealth Portal.
  • Employee Wellness Incentive - Human Resources
• Medicare Plans
  • Traditional Medicare will cover the flu vaccine plus administration fee.
  • Medicare Advantage plan will be out of network and will need to locate a designated advantage plan provider
• Magers Health and Wellness Center recommends that you review the CDC (flu) VIS (Vaccine Information Statement) regarding your vaccination.
• Magers Health and Wellness Center offers:
  • Standard Flu vaccine-recommended for most persons.
  • High Dose Flu vaccine- recommended for age 65 or older and for immunocompromised patients.
  • Pediatric flu vaccines (ages 6-8 years old) - Please call Nursing Services at 417-836-4020

Covid vaccines are available. They will be scheduled through the Nursing Services. If you wish to have covid or covid plus flu vaccines given at the same time, please call 417-836-4020 to schedule.
