Flu Vaccinations

• There is no cost for the flu vaccinations to Missouri State University students, full and part time employees, and employees’ dependents.
• Medicare Plans
  • Traditional Medicare will cover the flu vaccine plus admistration fee.
  • Medicare Advantage plan will be out of network and will need to locate a designated advantage plan provider
• Magers Health and Wellness Center recommends that you review the CDC (flu) VIS (Vaccine Information Statement) regarding your vaccination. 
• Magers Health and Wellness Center offers: 
  • Standard Flu vaccine-recommended for most persons. 
  • High Dose Flu vaccine- recommended for age 65 or older and for immunocompromised patients. 
  • Pediatric flu vaccines (ages 6-8 years old) - Please call treatment clinic at 417-836-4020 

Appointments can be scheduled at your MyHealth Portal at https://myhealth.missouristate.edu 

All covid vaccines, when available, will be scheduled through the treatment clinic.  If you wish to have both vaccines given at the same time, please call 417-836-4020 to schedule both vaccines.
