Laboratory Services

The clinical laboratory at Magers Health and Wellness Center is an on-site full-service lab that offers a variety of services. We are staffed by certified Medical Technologists and are fully accredited by the nationally recognized Commission of Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA). We have even received the prestigious National Laboratory Excellence Award.

All laboratory tests must be ordered by a medical provider. Lab testing can also be provided for those who have a written order for specific tests from their personal physician. These orders can be brought or faxed to our laboratory. Each order must be signed by a provider, have a diagnosis code(s) for test(s) ordered and a current fax number. The results will only be faxed back to the ordering provider.

The laboratory services we offer include, but are not limited to:

-CBC

-Chemistry tests

-COVID-19 serology (antibody)

-COVID-19 virus (PCR, NAAT) 

-Glucose

-Immunity tests for travel and vaccinations

-Influenza

-Mono testing

-Pregnancy testing

-Sexually transmitted infections

-Strep screen and cultures

-TB blood tests

-Thyroid tests

-Urinalysis

We send specimens to our Reference Laboratory that are not available in-house.
