This self-defense workshop is designed for women, by women - to help you feel safer, stronger, and more in control. Learn how to recognize danger, set boundaries, and defend yourself with simple, effective techniques. No experience necessary - just bring your determination.
This class is presented by the ladies of F8 Training and Self-Defense.

Spring 2026
This class will combine self awareness training and discussions of real scenarios of situations that have happened in our area. We will practice physical skills to get away from and out underneath of a larger and stronger individual. Come dressed and ready to move, we will focus on high target areas, striking and we will practice moving and fighting from the ground. This is class is presented by the ladies of F8 Training and Self-Defense.
