New to Student Wellness - Fab,Fit,Fun, Sound Therapy and of course Yoga!
Fab,Fit,Fun is a full hour of fitness, a dynamic, fun, and accessible workout experienced designed to fit your lifestyle. Whether your a beginnner or a seasoned pro, each session combines energizing cardio, strength training, mindful techniques to help you build endurance, boost confidence, and feel amazing from the inside out. Sound therapy aims to help relieve stress and tension, align the mind, body, and spirit, and promote deep relaxation and inner peace. Sound therapy is a form of relaxation and meditation that uses sound vibrations to promote a sense of well-being. Different instruments are used to create these vibrations. We encourage you to participate and prioritize your well-being. Together, yoga and vibration restore the body, quiet the mind, and awaken the soul.
What is your healing zone? In stillness, we move; in sound, we heal. Let the breath guide you and the vibration ground you.

All Bear Balance classes will be held in Magers 100. Yoga mats will be provided.

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 12:10pm - 12:50pm
- Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Sound Immersion
When: Wednesday - 5:15pm - 6:15pm
