Sound therapy aim to help relieve stress and tension, align the mind, body, and spirit, and promote deep relaxation and inner peace.  Sound therapy is a form of relaxation and meditation that uses sound vibrations to promote a sense of well-being.  Different instruments are used to create these vibrations.  We encourage you to participate and prioritize your well-being.
