Self Care for a Bear

Self Care for a Bear is a Health and Wellness series for all Missouri State Students. Come every Tuesday of the Fall Semester at 4pm in Magers Health and Wellness Center, Room 100/102 (or via social media). 

The goal of this program is to have student led health and wellness presentations to give students an opportunity to learn from their peers. 

Learn more about various health topics each week. There is no cost to attend! Come to one session or come to them all!
