Taylor Health and Wellness Center medical staff are permitted to practice at Taylor after an application process which includes verification of credentials by the appropriate state and/or national organizations.

As a patient at Taylor, you are always welcome to select the health care provider whom you prefer, and you may change providers if you choose.
